Be a Mentor

To become a mentor at LSMP, you will need to:

  1. Download the application
  2. Submit your application by mail or email
  3. Come in for an interview*
  4. Complete our 4-hour training/orientation

Our office hours are Monday - Thursday, 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. To request an application by mail after business hours, leave a message with your full name and mailing address along with your request. The application that you will receive states the time slots available for scheduling.
